Variants:
With fruit: add slices of strawberries, raspberries or blueberries to the cream.
Chocolate version: add 2 cubes of dark chocolate to the prepared cream and stir until it melts.
With almonds: Sprinkle the top of the cake with flaked almonds before baking.
