Slow Cooker Hamburger Hash
Savory ground beef, tender potatoes, and veggies all cooked together in your slow cooker! This hearty, comforting meal practically cooks itself—perfect for busy days or cozy nights at home.
Ingredients
½ cup beef broth
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
½ teaspoon paprika
1 onion, chopped

Brown Beef – In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder, and paprika until no pink remains. Drain excess fat if needed.
Transfer to Slow Cooker – Add browned beef mixture to slow cooker.
Add Ingredients – Stir in beef broth, diced potatoes, peas and carrots, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
Season – Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook – Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Add Cheese – If using, stir in shredded cheddar cheese during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
Serve – Stir well and serve hot. Perfect as is or with a side of bread!
